Schedule: Morning Shift | 21 total hours/week (7-day plan)
Job Description:
South Texas Personal Care Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Provider to assist individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses in their daily routines. This is a part-time position located in San Leon, TX.
Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc.)

Help with household chores including cleaning and laundry (once per week)

Grocery shopping and meal preparation

Escort clients to appointments or errands
-
Assist with medication reminders and mobility support

Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition

Provide companionship and encourage physical activity

Maintain compliance with in-service training requirements
Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
-
Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Experience in caregiving preferred but not required
