Local Bartending School (LBS) is hiring!
We're a leading provider of in-person and online bartending certification across the U.S. Our mission is to equip students of all levels with hands-on, customized instruction in the art of bartending.
We are urgently looking for experienced, passionate Bartenders in the College Station, TX area who are eager to share their knowledge, improve their craft, and mentor the next generation of bartenders.
As a Bartending Instructor, you'll be a mentor and role model, teaching aspiring bartenders the skills needed to succeed—whether it's the perfect pour, engaging customer interaction, or managing a bar efficiently.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional bartending experience

Licensed to serve alcohol in Texas

Willingness to teach at students' homes (private lessons)

Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

Solid mixology skills

Bonus: Inventory management experience is a plus
What You’ll Do:

Teach students how to mix, pour, and serve drinks professionally

Educate on bar etiquette, customer service, and bar management
